Prepare for a chillingly good time at a Halloween brunch like no other. After a three-year break, the Reentry Halloween Spooktacular Brunch is back at the Pond House Café! Join us for a spine-tingling event with eerie delights, costumes, awards, and more! Proceeds from the event will support the Hartford and Waterbury Reentry Welcome Centers.
