An evening of purpose, entertainment, and impact awaits on September 18.
Community Partners in Action (CPA) invites you to join us for a powerful celebration as we mark our 150th Anniversary at the Inspiring Hope Gala on Thursday, September 18 at the elegant Society Room of Hartford.
Guests will enjoy a red-carpet welcome, a delicious dinner, and an unforgettable performance by Latanya Farrell and her band, whose dynamic blend of soul and inspiration will lift the spirit.
The evening will also honor William H. Carbone, Executive Director of the Tow Youth Justice Institute at the University of New Haven, with the CPA Champion of Justice Award. A respected leader in criminal and youth justice reform, Mr. Carbone’s visionary work has helped shape a more equitable and effective system in Connecticut.
“The Inspiring Hope Gala is more than a celebration—it’s a call to action,” said Tom O’Brien, Chair of CPA’s Board of Directors. “As we mark 150 years of building safer and stronger communities, we invite our supporters, partners, and staff to stand with us in advancing second chances. This is a moment to honor our history and invest in the future of justice reform in Connecticut.”
Tickets are $250 per person and proceeds from the evening directly support CPA’s programs that help individuals rebuild their lives after incarceration—strengthening families, neighborhoods, and the state as a whole.
