We are thrilled to announce that Deborah Rogala, LCSW, was named Director of Operations for Community Partners in Action (CPA).
In this new position for our agency, Deb and her team of Program Operations Directors will oversee CPA’s 12 adult and juvenile programs throughout Connecticut.
For over 25 years, Deb has worked directly with women and men returning to the community from prison.
She is widely respected in Connecticut for her reentry expertise and ability to maximize community collaborations. Deb is a regular participant on statewide panels. She shares her knowledge about how to positively impact the lives of people coming out of prison and the communities where they live.
During her CPA tenure, Deb has made significant contributions to our agency’s work. Beginning with our Resettlement Program, which she ran for many years, Deb developed our pre-and post-prison release reentry model for people returning home from prison. She is skilled in developing impactful programming from concept through implementation, resulting in evidence-based services that exceed their projected outcomes.
Amongst her many accomplishments, Deb led a public/private partnership to launch our Hartford Reentry Welcome Center. She was our driving force in the successful creation and launch of our REGIONS Residential Treatment Programs for Boys and still is directly involved in the programs’ operations.
With a great sense of humor that lights up a room, Deb excels at building and maintaining relationships with State, Federal, and community partners, as well as many loyal supporters. These relationships are instrumental to CPA’s ability to fulfill its mission.
Please congratulate Deb Rogala on her next chapter with CPA!
