DONATE TO CPA

Community Partners in Action (CPA) is proud to partner with Birdies for Charity, joining more than 200 Connecticut nonprofits in turning generosity into greater impact. Through this special program connected to the Travelers Championship, every donation to CPA receives a 15% match, funded by Webster Bank and Aetna, plus an additional 35% match from CPA’s Board of Directors. A $1,000 gift becomes $1,500 automatically.*

Every dollar you give helps create second chances, opening doors for individuals returning home to rebuild their lives, support their families, and strengthen our communities.

Since 1952, the tournament has returned more than $59 million to the community, including over $4 million for 245 Connecticut nonprofits in 2025 alone. By giving through Birdies for Charity, you are not only supporting CPA’s mission, you are maximizing your impact for the people we serve.

Donations are processed through Travelers and distributed to CPA in September with the added bonus. You will receive a confirmation and thank you from CPA shortly after your gift.

*The 50% match applies to the first $21,000 in donations, and the 15% applies up to $75,000 in donations.

Our vision for the future starts today with your gift

As we celebrate 150 years of Community Partners in Action, we’re focused on the future—launching a campaign to raise $150,000 to bring a vocational training center to REGIONS-Hartford, modeled after the successful program already in place at REGIONS-Hamden.

At REGIONS, we serve boys ages 14–18 in secure, supportive residential settings in Hamden and Hartford, helping them build the skills they need to succeed and avoid the adult justice system. Our programs combine:

  • In-program schooling
  • Mental health and medical care
  • Fitness and enrichment
  • Hands-on vocational training

Why it Matters?

Too many justice-involved youth face a future of closed doors. We’re opening new ones—offering skill-building, healing, and hope.

With your support, we’ll:

-Build a vocational training space at REGIONS-Hartford
-Equip it with advanced simulators and tools
-Train staff and support youth through reentry
-Create opportunities for long-term success

Join Us – This is more than a campaign. It’s a commitment to second chances.

  • Give today and help us raise $150,000 to build futures, not barriers.
  • Share the campaign with others who believe in youth potential.
  • Let’s open more doors.

Let’s build what’s next—together.
