As CPA embarks on our journey of self-examination through the lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, CPA’s Deb Barrows and Noely Sanchez Velez reflect on their experience participating in the six-week “Leadership and Inclusion Boot Camp” offered by The CT Non-Profit Alliance back in Fall 2020.
Both long-time employees with CPA, Deb Barrows is Program Manager for our Community Service Program at Hartford Community Court, and Noely Sanchez Velez is the Business Operations Administrator for Community Partners in Action. Both are members of CPA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
