“Sincere Attempts to Confront Darkness”

From: “Best of Hartford 2019” Issue, Hartford Magazine, May 2019

Hartford Magazine wrote a wonderful article about our Prison Arts Program exhibition, “How Art Changed the Prison” at the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum.

Featured is an interview with Danny Killion, an alumnus artist of our Prison Arts Program. Danny owns Weathered Wood in Troy NY, where he works full time as an artist.
