Join us for a “Capitol Celebration” recognizing the Prison Arts Program as one of Connecticut’s unique treasures and support the long-term sustainability of our nationally-renowned program. The CT State Capitol opened a few years after Community Partners in Action was founded in 1875, making it a fitting historic location to host this milestone event.
